Everyone knows it is important to step back and look at the ‘big picture’ every now and then, particularly when looking at an organisation and how its people operate and communicate internally.
Teams draw and paint cleverly crafted sections of a bespoke picture, representing your corporate message, on authentic artists’ canvasses. Communication and co-ordination is critical as not all the information is immediately available.
When all teams have finished, the canvasses are joined together to create The Big Picture, highlighting the successes and challenges of working together.
The Big Picture is an exceptionally good event for demonstrating different styles of people working together and clearly demonstrates the importance of effective communication in a short space of time.
Due it its market relevance, Big Picture has been very successful and many clients have used the activity as a vehicle to 'give back in some way'. Some of our clients have used the decorative nature of Big Picture to brighten up wall spaces in hospices, play groups or old peoples' homes. The most popular CSR angle has been auctioning the picture for charity post event, earning a lot of money over the last decade.

Karen did a great job with organising the logistics and I have to say that Barbara was absolutely amazing, she really got everyone going in the beginning with her ice breaker and the whole team were completely putty in her hands, absolutely brilliant!
