Fun photos of each delegate are transformed into a surprise at the end of your conference, with a 3 minute high impact DVD showing all the team photos and ending up with them forming the shape of your company or conference logo

Everyone is encouraged to have their photograph taken wearing some fun and vibrant props against a set of backgrounds that represent your logo’s colours.  Our facilitators make this process fun, quick and manage it through the registration and break times.

The delegates are not told why the pictures are being taken! The memory of the pictures fade as your conference continues. Meanwhile our technicians are building the photographs in to a digital version of your company or conference logo.  This final image is then transferred in to a DVD that is ready to present as your grand finale.
