Using basic building materials, teams design a bridge for another team to build and construct a bridge that another team has designed. Whilst working within resource availability, timelines and to certain customer specifications.

Additional communication restrictions forces teams to appreciate the power of face to face communication and to totally understand customer needs.

The final construction component sees all teams collaborating by combining their individual bridges to make one single unbroken bridge, emphasizing the importance of individual team roles to the success of any large goal.

A fun, engaging, hands on event with very powerful metaphors. The efforts of all teams are rewarded at the exciting grand finale - driving a remote controlled vehicle over the total length of the extended bridge.

Delegates feel a great sense of unity as they are literally “linked” together in a powerful demonstration of successful collaboration.
