The biz-team had their inaugurating cooking event for MAF at the Pullman Hotel on 14-12-2011
Two creative and energetic teams worked hard against the clock to bake a German Stollen and produce a Gingerbread House
They had to plan and strategize to achieve their missions, as time keeping was crucial with a Stollen needing time to rise before it could be baked and the gingerbread house needing accurate designing and cutting and then each piece had to be baked before the final decorating could start.
With half an hour to go the 3rd mission was introduced, where the two teams need to come together to create a bridge between the two Gingerbread Houses, requiring combined collaboration, design and construction.
What an amazing team they are and the results speak for themselves.
